The Furr Studio, founded in 2022 by Fiza Chhuvara, is a nationally recognised studio specialising in interior design, interior architecture, urban planning and restoration. With offices in Bengaluru and Ahmedabad, The Furr Studio operates as a unified entity, placing people at the core of all its endeavours.

As a transdisciplinary, dialogue-driven firm, The Furr Studio practices globally while maintaining a strong local presence. Its primary objective is to create spaces that foster connections within societies and the world around them. This goal is achieved through a steadfast commitment to dialogue and diversity, empowering the team to design for people, construct spaces relevant to their locations, and forge meaningful connections that give each space purpose.

Fiza Chhuvara

Founder & Principal Designer

Fiza Chhuvara is the founder and principal designer of The Furr Studio.
With a Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design and a Master’s degree in Urban Design, Conservation, and Restoration Design, Fiza brings a wealth of academic expertise to her role. Her journey into the design field commenced in Ahmedabad, where she cultivated her passion for art after initially exploring commerce. As a first-generation entrepreneur in a family oriented towards traditional employment, Fiza’s determination and creative flair propelled her to establish her practice.

Drawing from four years of experience acquired across design firms in Ahmedabad, Goa, and Bangalore, Fiza refined her skills and gained invaluable insights into various cultural and design landscapes. Guided by industry luminaries, she developed a meticulous attention to detail and a collaborative ethos, laying the groundwork for The Furr Studio.
