prioritising natural light, greenery, and an organic material palette to enhance the spatial
experience. The design concept is an interplay of modern and vernacular influences,
integrating sustainable materials such as brick cladding, bamboo flooring, and expansive
fenestrations to promote natural ventilation and light. The double-height skylight and
glass bridge are central elements, establishing visual and physical connectivity with the
indoor landscape. The strategic use of bamboo reduces the project’s carbon footprint,
while the carefully framed windows serve as curated views, transforming the surrounding
greenery into living art within the architectural composition.
